How this guide is built
Where the listings come from
The ARI LA student services team runs a recurring housing scan of public rental sources (Craigslist LA, Zillow, Redfin, Apartments.com, WestSideRentals, SpareRoom, Blueground, JuneHomes, Anyplace and similar). Each scan is published internally and summarised on this page.
How often it updates
The scan runs on a schedule and this page is regenerated from its output, so the listings, price bands and market notes follow the latest scan automatically. Each card reports the date it was last confirmed.
Reading the listings
Confirmed means the option appeared in the most recent scan. Earlier scan means it was featured before and has not been re-confirmed since, so treat it as a lead rather than a live listing. Directory marks a platform or shortlist (a room-share site, a serviced-apartment operator) rather than one property. Original listing links go to the post the scan used; where the scan could not capture a direct link, the card offers a search for that address instead.
Accuracy & corrections
Rent, availability and distances are transcribed from public sources and are indicative only. Spotted something wrong or out of date? Tell the admissions team and it will be corrected in the next scan.
